Your thoughts on interviewing with AI?
How this even makes sense is beyond me. We're just not there yet.
With GV (and many hipsters) pushing AI interview for actual hiring, it feels sad to see it for me at least. practicing interviews with AI is okay, but AI evaluation seems more pointless than elaichi in chicken biryani. What do you think?

How do you think the actual hiring/evaluation process works?
Without saying too much, you do know that when you submit your resume to a company, there is no HR sifting through 1000 applications manually.
