Your take on 9hours working mandatory ?
Hi Folks, has making a 9hour workday become a standard practice in all offices?
This is sucha shitty role.. why can we just finish our work n leave? Why do we have to stay n complete 9hrs as it’s some school.

Ppl work 12 hrs per day. Let me know any company which only restrict to 9 hrs per day. I will join that company
On days we too work for more then 9hrs ,my thing is when we are done with our work on the other days,even then why do we need to sit for 9hrs n logout ?
It shouldn’t be, It’s more for Blue-Collar jobs. Anyway how they’re enforcing it? By checking swipe timings?

Many people doesn’t have the advantage of leaving or changing jobs so frequently.

Founder/managers wont like it. They would like to such whatever happiness out of you. I am just surprised why govt is not interfering into such malpractices.
Buddha (infosys founder) openly talking about 70 hrs when he pay peanuts to his employees but management takes cr in salary. Increase of CEO may be in 10x but employees get 5%
