Trending @Accenture; Your response is much needed

Hi everyone,

I wanted to clarify something about the documentation process at Accenture.

If someone is separated from the company after a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) or due to non-performance, what kind of details are usually included in the: 1️⃣ Experience letter 2️⃣ Relieving letter

Are these letters neutral and factual (mentioning only tenure, designation, etc.) — or do they include reasons like “performance” or “termination”?

Similarly, is there any difference in the wording between cases of voluntary resignation and termination after PIP?

I’d really appreciate input from anyone who has gone through or seen such cases recently.

Please explain

No difference in letter unless you are terminated .

Then termination letter is issued, but employee are usually asked to resign.

In HR system basically there are 2 processes Separation / Termination. Rarely orgs go for termination as it's a headache on both sides.
