They can also be new joiners right. Folks who are just joining the workforce. I have seen them prefer hybrid in my experience

I don't get the point of hybrid, it is basically work from an office where you are locked to a single place. Doesn't matter if you have to go one day or two days a week. Hybrid is a scam.

Completely agree with you. In the longer run, it will be a split between remote orgs and in office orgs. Everything in between will die out
