I'm confused whether to go for it or not, I've got mixed opinion from many people If you have bought this or know about this course ,Do you suggest to buy this course ?

Isn't this a desire/ goal. Not objective expectations.

Whatever that course has would've been mentioned in contents description. It would mostly likely be not related to "upskill & pbc switch"

expectations are like, I don't know how to swim buying swimming training will make me able to swim, it's in no way going to make me "upskill and score medals" that requires more external stuff outside the scope of swimming training.

Well let us know what you know already. Courses are good when you want a kick start and need a guidance on what to do. The course material isn't that important.
