Whatever that course has would've been mentioned in contents description. It would mostly likely be not related to "upskill & pbc switch"
expectations are like, I don't know how to swim buying swimming training will make me able to swim, it's in no way going to make me "upskill and score medals" that requires more external stuff outside the scope of swimming training.
