I think you can go with two options. Option1: request Hr for early release without paying them(sometimes company money from your fnf for early release) Option2: request pwc Hr for buyout option

I don't think so, they may postpone joining for max 7 days if it is project hiring. If it is bench hiring then they will probably wait if you have genuine reasons. Check with Hiring manager or HR.
