I think you need to understand, you can have a smaller team doing more things.
Every single person at our org is having co pilot, gpt, writes code in 3-4 languages and is working on multiple domains, and is shipping features.

there are many limitations to that approach, unless a tool is able to think in it's own, it can't replace programmers
