You joined 2 years after the company started, how are you the Founding Team?

Depending on one criticality towards the business/ ability to negotiate terms , they get designated as a founding team.
Am sure if it was zomato or paytm, a HR dude was designated as founding team. A HR!!.. what did the rangoli guys do to be called like that?
Is there any less of restrictions in buying/seeling the stocks holding?. That is a legal issue and I am not aware. But it looks like there is some adv in that area.

The startup is so shitty that no one stays, so every new joiner can be a founding member
