People complain so much about TCS , but the fact is you are complaining because you are incapable of getting something better. In case you are capable and feel that you deserve more then move on. Cribbing won’t work , tcs is clear that it will create operational efficiency and if you are not game for it you are welcome to seek greenery elsewhere
