At the end of the day, it’s a business. Companies care about profits, not employees. They hired you because you were a golden hen for them—once you stop being that, you’re seen as a liability. So my suggestion: stop crying about it, focus on upskilling yourself, and maybe delete this app so you’re less exposed to all the noise and stuff that doesn’t even apply to you. Get some clarity, find some peace, and just chill!

Not true. My 60% of the team is now on the bench and not getting projects. Likely, 50% of it will be out. The problem is they are really good at what they do.
Yes may be truth .. can’t digest some communities or some people because those people faced the real challenges.. May be you are matured and you can digest things easily .. May be you can delete the app and start initiating this.. instead of time passing here..
