Why do we need so many 12 min delivery categories on Quick Commerce when Pharmacy is clearly not solved yet

Pharmacy is a tricky one for two reasons - one, the network of local chemist shops is quite huge (I see as many chemist shops in neighbourhoods as Kirana shops). And also, there are many many restrictions. Local chemists will still sell you some meds without prescriptions, but the online platforms can't do that for anything other than over-the-counter meds. It's...a tricky problem to solve. Fans don't require a signed note on letterhead from a registered electrician!

Most pharmacy apps 1mg, Apollo require prescriptions to be uploaded for basic medicines too. It is manually checked by backend, hence a lot of time in approval and additional time in delivery.
I don't have problem with approval part, but delivery can def be improved.

a) there are separate regulations for e-pharmacies
b) e-pharma business makes money from selling repeat orders of chronic medications, not by sending you emergency Dolo and Vicks. Atomberg fans have fat margins, price-controlled Dolo does not
