Whenever i am trying to apply for the opening, i am getting this error, saying, "You are not available for Inter-BG movement. If you wish to apply, please get your transfer approved from your Unit RMG. "... really, what is the meaning of this....

Bg is business group each group will have dedicated hr/rmg. Your salary when your allocated or in bench comes from them these are like mini company within TCS. If you want to move between bg then your existing hr/rmg has to be willing to let go to another bg.
