Yoga and meditation retreats
Planning to do a long yoga and meditation retreat. I see most of them are tooo expensive. Any one here who has been to one and can recommend.

I did a month long Training course in Rishikesh. Its highly commercialised. Dont go with high hopes. I was lucky enough to get it at 30K in 2022.
I have been looking at a few programs and I see a lot of them are very commercial by the way they are Marketing.
