What is minimum YOE required to be eligible for the band promotion from B2 to B3? And what are the monetary benefits that can be expected out of it?

Nowdays no minimum year need to be spent..role based promotion applied where just play a higher role and get promoted.

My SR band under account details is showing as B2 and my career band is showing as B1. So, I’m eligible for role based promotion now? If yes, should I request my manager for promotion or will it be automatic after few months ? Can anyone clarify on this ?

Check with your manager , mine told me that you need 5 years of experience to get promoted from b2 to b3
