Mine 4 years for CL9
So two people at 15 yoe is at cl9 can any senior manager or director explain how? They should already be at cl 8 or 7 ?
It involves many factors. Not just total year of experience.

I got CL-09 at just 5 years of total experience
After a long 9 YOE, got promoted to L9 from L10 It's true that, people who are loyal to the company and waiting patiently won't get the recognition and promotion... They just get more expectations and more work... It's true and at the same time it's very rude
15 yoe at L9
I created this thread cause a lot of 6 -7 yoe people are at CL10 so I think yoe is not the decision factor for assigning CL
