Trending @Accenture; YOE - 4 this month end, 7.3L new salary ( sr analyst)

Hi guys I want to quit this month last week and look for jobs ( no interviews given so far) , I was happy to have a 12 lpa job but again my friend called me and said he is getting 20 + and stocks jumping 10x and it's worth 1 cr. I am happy for him. But it again put me to rethink should I also prepare for product based / 15-20 lpa job ? My idea was to take a less salary job and have a smoother life but now I am confused! I want to have something of my own in side business so in next 3 yrs I can build something. Should I be focusing more on job salary now ? Also I wanna go to blr in my last month of notice period to work with team and have some idea but last month only new and more opportunities will come in last 15-20 days . Pls share your views and help me
