today morning I got a mail of PIP. And PM said all the 4 weeks review should be passed otherwise it will be directed to HR. So I think can I request them that I will give the resign and serve the 90 days noticed. So that I can get a chance to prepare and find the opportunity outside

It depends on your manager if they want to retain you they will be supportive and give easy tasks same happen with me in the current cycle

What if they release you immediately after putting papers.

  1. You won't get 3 months salary
  2. gap might comes.
