If not in case If I take back my paper then also will mot get the hike?

There is no such buyout policy in TCS .You can confirm this with HR.Early release only possible if you on bench now a days.Earlier even you are on bench need to complete 90 days. If there is buyout policy everyone will opt for it.If you are allocated max they will release 1 week early(only 10% chance).Even if there is a chance TCS will not release him in 1 week(because he revoked resignation and resigned again in 3 month).So next employer will not wait for that many days max he will wait 100 days but chances are slim.As now a days employer do not want to wait more than 60 days.
