My manager yelled at me for suggesting a way to finish off the work in 40 mins, instead of working for two days.
I stopped suggesting and started saying "I don't know". Satisfying manager's ego results in less work sometimes and donkey work all the times.

I can give you a better solution , if he is yelling at you again, take a break & go out for a movie or else see any ott series

I am also saying whatever he is saying is right in mails n others n when his bosses tell him wrong then I will help. It’s like let them get burnt n then put salve. If try telling him this is wrong they are not listening so going reverse.
