Years vs CTC ratio is f*ked What should i do?

14 YOE - 20 LPA.

During Covid and getting fired from an earlier job made me choose TCS and I'm stuck for 4 years with all A bands and 6% raise per year.

Don't get calls for my tech stack nowadays, recruiters want all in one pkg.

I'm asking for a promotion C3A To C3B. But that's anyone's guess what would happen due to corporate policies.

What should I do, please suggest? 🙂🙏🏽

After C3B promotion max hike you will get is 5% on A band. On other side there will be more deductions in QVA as compared to C3A. I suggest not to take promotion.
