Yearly switching stretegy

I am from the 2024 batch and recently joined an MnC but the work profile here is not said to be good in industry. Some of my friends say it's not that progressive for the long run too. I am confused since the work culture is good here but on the other hand if I stay here for long it may be hard to switch to other profiles in future.

What the community says on this would really be helpful for me.
