Trending @Accenture; Yearly Increment Cycle Changed
Just got to know that the cycle for yearly increment has been changed and this is for all level. It will now happen only in June. So those who would get their yearly increment in December this year, will need to wait till June 2026 for their next increment. Wonder if they doing this on purpose for people to leave so they can save on cost.
Did anyone get this update yet?
- It was communicated several weeks back.
- The shift/postponement is for above manager.
- The shift/postponement is not for ATCI. ATCI will have promotions/hike as usual.

as far as i know, promotions have been shifted not the hike or variable
Correct, promotion not hikes although stay at level hike is denied most of the times and if sublevel movement will also happen only in june then it effectively means hikes for most will happen in June.
