Yearly appraisal increment letter

Hi all When are we expecting annual appraisal increment letter ? And what will be hike percentage for all bands? And from when it will be applicable? Any idea?

@FamousBijou96 - Did your manager discuss performance review with you. If yes, and u convinced him well, then u can expect a good hike like 12-20%. If u didn't have performance review or your manager didn't seem satisfied u will have increment somewhere around 0-5%.
