I joined Capgemini in 2021, and my N+1 gave me an "exceeding" rating in the year-end review for the October cycle. How much of a salary hike can I expect, and will I be considered for a promotion?

An "exceeding" rating usually means a good hike, maybe around 8-10%. Promotion chances are there, but it's not guaranteed, depends on business needs too

I don’t want to dishearten but 8-10 is close to impossible. Exceeding is top rating but CG will give u max 6% if manager is generous. Plz let here know once you get the hike so that we can have idea as well.
