I am A4 employee. Joined Capgemini in September 2023. I have completed 18 months. This is the first time I filled year end review form. I have received "Succeeding" review in In-Year Contribution.

Will I get promoted to Senior Analyst(A5)? And will I get any hike and how much? Anybody have any idea?

Increment rate and promotions depends on your manager. But you should get increment since you have completed more than a year. You can discuss with your manager on what is the expected increment and about your promotion as well.
