Is it possible to request a revision of my year-end review? Despite my hard work and achievements, I received the same feedback copy pasted from the previous year, which seems unfair. If revision is an option, I'd like to pursue it otherwise, I'd rather not invest time discussing it with my N+1.
Usually they will not revise your current rating. For me also last time my N+1(Who is not working with me or project) gave 3 ratings then I talked with my actual N+1 (from project) but my actual N+1 tried his best but no use then I escalated it to my director but still no use. I wasted 1-2 weeks by following up. So it is just waste of time. But just try talk with your manager and let's see what he can do (Just try from your end).

See revision is not possible but if you could talk to your manager and come to overall judgment that you could have got a better rating then they have the option to again give you rating and promotion in next quarter. Rating, Promotion and Increment could be done every quarter it's just that there is a process and it would only be possible if your N+1 & N+2 are willing to do that.
It has happened with me earlier.
I'm not expecting the ratings given to me to be changed, but I don't understand how the exact same feedback, 'needs to work independently,' was given to me again, despite the fact that I always work independently. To demonstrate this, I have attached all the supporting documents, emails, client appreciations, and evidence of weekend support to showcase my ability to work independently.
I feel helpless because my N+1 is not part of the project, and the project I worked on ended in December 2024. It feels like setting priorities and working hard to get a good review or feedback is meaningless in CG.
Could you please briefly explain this! Going through same situation, escalated to project manager and practice waiting for their reply.. Is there any alternative for this? In this cycle will i get hike along with next quarter is it possible?
They say it's possible. But they make the process so hard & lengthy that you wanna just stop asking for it. That's how it is with Capgemini
Don't waste time on reviewing it It won't change talk with you manager to give some sort of hike in the next quarter
