I am curious if anyone has information on the expected hike percentage for Associate Consultant this year in Capgemini? Additionally, when can we expect the hike to reflect in our salaries? Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Few people i knew get 2% raise even though they got a rating of 2, even 1 rating people from the info i got. They will search for any reason for not giving you raise like not working from Offic as per their rules even though your manager gives a feedback that you are exceptional and performing about expectations

It depends on the salary range you have for the particular experience. Max it will go up to 5 to 10% hike. It will start reflecting from next year aprile

Happened last time with many, if getting same ratings for consequent two years, NO HIKE or 1-2-3% hike thats it.
