Hi, I have received my year-end review as Exceptional on July 24th. But haven't received any follow up regarding hike till now.

What can we expect for exceptional rating? & By when can we expect to receive a mail regarding the details of the hike.

My grade : Software Engineer Ctc : 5.5 LPA
