Hey bro, I want to share my experience with you. I think ratings are project-dependent. Last year, I got a rating of 2, despite doing decent work. They told me I wouldn't get promoted with that rating. This year, I got a 4, but they're still saying it'll take time for promotion. What's weird is that everyone in my project who's a PA got a 2 rating. I could understand if I was the only one, but everyone?

Did they receive any confirmation email from HR? And when did they get the confirmation?
