Year end hike for Lateral who joined in January 2023
I have completed First year Aniversary in tcs this January 1st 2024 as I was joined on 23January 2023 and also completed Project end appraisal and got rating. Do I eligible for financial year hike in march.
I do have same question but I joined in March 2023. Anyone has idea how about the financial year hike not the actual hike as we get that at 2nd year when we will get grade.
I joined in November 2022. Completed FAV and got rating 4.7. But couldn’t able to complete anniversary due to unavaibility of project in this quarter. So am I eligible for financial year hike in March ..?
As per my knowledge you get it by April 2025
Change of policy this year probably. You could get a hike only with an annual appraisal hike. Else, it could have been final anniversary(1 yr completion) and annual one.
