Can someone please explain me what is this evaluation and performance review about? Which will start from 1st oct, 2024 I am on bench currently. Is this only for appraisal?
I am going through this performance evaluations from 2019. It's not fair performance evaluation in infosys. My personal experience not sure about rest of the people.
The worst case that can happen in performance evaluations are no increment right?
Or is there something more?

No increment is unterstood but if we will get NI rating they will not pay quaterly performance bonus to us till next 1 year.
Year-end evaluation assesses your performance from October to September. It impacts salary hikes and promotions. Even if you're on the bench, your performance will be reviewed.
