Not all of us can resign. Not all of us can say fuck off to our managers. But this damage is done. People are going show their anger in some form.
So it will be in work. SAY No extra care, no extra availability, no extra stretching beyond work hours, no extra jira tickets, no spontaneous responses, ETC .have full focus on self growth rather for the company. Cause if company doesn’t care about us why should we ?

This is the strategy of TCS, hire in bulk. Give only 5-6% population opportunity to shine and grow out of that. Rest people do donkey work here. So management knows that these people will resign. TCS don't fire anyone, people leave TCS for good
