Ye project se release krne k bad C band dena koi rule hai kya?

Short story: I asked for transfer in oct, in Feb manager told me project is having budget issue so they will be releasing me by march. Today they gave me C band.

Spent 3 yrs in project I was the only developer. Took project live single handedly. In the end got this treatment.

Should I raise disagreement for band or move on?

Heard this from my senior that every project gets a quota of A, B,C and D bands.
Those getting released from project usually get C or D to keep the people working in project happy.

If you feel you deserve better band then do raise a disagreement and put forward your points, what more could go wrong?
