They are going to tight things further
but
I guess anything greater than 3 hours from December-2024 should not create any issue.
And hopefully they will pardon us till Nov-2024 🙂

Don't worry too much. There are many people in the same boat and TCS also need these people to work on their respective projects. 🙂
