Does anyone have an idea of an xcelerate program in Ultimatix, is it true that if we complete 1 learning path of our aspired role so we'll get Bonus?

Yes. C1 will enroll for Wings 1 and C2-C4 can enroll for Wings 2. Hike depends on a number of factors and can go upto 40% if your current is really low
