Well if you read history, then everyone is always fighting somewhere - pick any year and search for wars in that year.
World War would be when multiple countries combine and fight against each other. So no WW3 has not started.
If it starts, it will start with a nuclear bomb.

Trust me; using Nukes now is not an option. In modern times there is no big conflicts like RUS & UKR but small strikes.
But in past 2-3 months I have seen almost every country fighting with someone for something. 🤷♂️
