Hello all ,my manager has told that we have to come to office on Tuesday only and it's mandatory. I usually travels from 300 km to punch in on Friday and Monday. This new rule by manager will definitely create problem.what should I do ,should I ignore it or take it Seriously, because this may happen that after some weeks the new rule made by manager will fade ,but I don't know what to do ,because manager make new rules every 2,3 weeks and it fades away after that.drop your views on it plz

You can tell him that you are not getting seats on tuesdays and keep on visiting Fri and Mond as usual!
May be his or her spouse has Thursday as WFH so 🤪. God only knows whats wrong with such authoritative managers. Company policy is clear once a week. Don’t understand what is so hard in getting that.
