WTF is wrong with Mumbai’s elite societies?

Recently came across the rent process for a big society in Mumbai - inke khud ke 50 forms hai aur upar se they ask for an employer’s letter as well 😂 Ghar rent kar rahe hai ya ya apne island ka visa de rahe hai. Dafaq is this 😂

I live in a society where I was asked to fill a couple of forms, police verification, rent agreement and last but not the least, some kinda interview/introduction with society manager.

These guys will cry, once other cities start growing faster , and when real estate prices will drop and all these guys will loose money on their handsome networth, in Mumbai.
