Wtf is wrong with Instamaids (Urban Company), Snabbit and Pronto?

I live in Gurgaon near Huda City Centre. From mid March, I would have seen their ads at least a hundred times. When my maid went to bengal, i tried to book from the app. Was able to book from Snabbit twice, and then no slots available. Still they are running ads, and as on today I ain't able to book any maid from anywhere. Infact snabbit cancelled my booking 3 weeks ago, 20 mins later than the scheduled start time. How are you folks managing? Is there any other reliable application?
