Wtf happening with QVA. Working for minimum 12 hours daily, 100% RTO and getting 23% QVA. Less than my traveling expenses to office.

I already raised earlier in GHD. Nothing is happening. At the end they says it's because of unit not performing well.

Why to give 100% effort to client if TCS doesn't care employees performance. Imposing unnecessary policies. I will stop going to office now. My traveling expenses are more than qva.

Update - I am not stretching my shift. I logged out after giving 9 hours. Declined scheduled client meeting beyond my shift hours, ofcourse informed my manager. I have stopped putting extra efforts now. I have taken step to show if TCS doesn't care, we also don't care.

Yes practically makes no sense to go to office or go that extra mile at work...the qva trend seems to be a personal message from organization towards employees that they don't give a shit ...better to work like avg employee and look for opportunities outside..

That's 60 hrs a week. You should not ask 100% QVA unless doing 90 hrs a week

Hehe.. It's minimum I mentioned. Sometimes maximum is even more than 90 hrs in week in my case.

Better not to go to office and get 0% QVA.
