WTF does tcs want from its employees

I have resigned from the project within 1 week of joining and not started any training no KT. I have asked for early release from the tcs the HR said no you have to serve 90 days by saying no company is ready to pay for 90 days and on the other hand they are laying people left right and centre. can anyone help what to do.
