I have been on bench for 2 months. I have cleared training in 1st attempt but still they put me performance testing. Now they are no calls for project on performance testing. I am ok with doing automation testing but they are not giving automation to us. Like wt is problem it is also a kind of testing. Even though I upskilled in selenium they are not calling for project. Reporting manager doesn't reply. Any suggestions on wt to do like:
How long i can be on bench before getting expelled?? Wt I have to upskill on to get project in development?? Pls answer
Getting a development project is almost impossible. But you can get automation or performance testing projects just share your one page profile across channels. And apply to accelerate if it suits your skills
Can u tell wt u meant by channels wt kind channels?? I applied to many of accelerator jobs but got no reply
Best time to switch if u want good hike if u ask me. They ca release u immediately if u want to switch
