Wrote ‘Switch Job by March ‘25’ as my only New year resolution. Need viners help to achieve my only goal of 2025

Hello, I’m a Software engineer with 4 years of experience now who have been actively looking to switch jobs for at-least past 4 months and you can notice I haven’t gotten anywhere near it.

This lead me to take a drastic step of making it my only new year resolution of 2025 and I hope I cross it off unlike other resolutions that I’ve taken during previous years.

Hence, please help a fellow brother out if in case you can provide me with a referral in your organisation.
