Wrong spelling of name in offer letter, should I accept?

Hi everyone, I've recently received an offer from a company but in the offer letter they have the spelling of my name wrong. I'm trying to reach out to HR but HR is not picking up the phone. Mailed the HR multiple times but no response. Should I accept the offer with this issue? Will it create problems in BGV or in future? Please suggest what to do!
