Can anyone know how to write or self review of Goals and objectives.
Like it is showing 3 tabs or sessions or boxes in each objective.
Like for eg. Objective -1 Box1. Box2. Box3
Objective -2 Box1. Box2. Box3
What exactly we need to fill each box
It's setting goals for coming fy
So copy from box 1 to box 2
And set percentage for yourself
Box 3 is optional leave it as it
Or if anything you write extra in box 2 from box 1
Give reason in box 3.
Although this matters nothing it's just for your that you've set a goal for yourself and you want to achieve it end of FY, your L1 would review your targets and accomplishments and provide comments at that time
Again this is nothing related to your appraisal
Why don't you ask your manager or HR?
