An app that tells you about food/drink/any eatable products ingredients in simple terms and also suggest recommend or not.

Eg: Frooti. It will tells sugar contains, real mango contains and so on.

This is not how you research the market and would lead to false approval. Instead try asking people questions on the lines of how many times do they looked at ingredients of a product, do they consume fitness content online, etc

Check ingredients, sometimes yes. Mainly for new foods Do I look up online for those ingredients, no.

I don’t buy processed / packaged foods generally. Started by looking at the ingredients to avoid corn, maida, sugar and felt bad when I had to reject most options. Now taking the easier path of ignoring all those products completely. 😅😅
