Would you still make the cut?
If I removed/ masked your past company names and masked your identifier markers from your resume.. how confident are you that you would clear the same interviews for the same role (that you are currently at) or higher?

It will make no difference. We are giving interviews on our skills not on the previous company name. Yes for salary negotiation it might be difficult but skill wise no difference

I hear your point mate. .but with the bias of recruiters.. I am testing a thesis if recruiters can shortlist without companies names.
