Ideally one who's a genius and kind.

But if that's not possible, the kind and clueless. My job is to do what my manager tells me for 8 hours daily and earn my salary. If what my clueless manager is directing me to do is wrong, ultimately the project will fail after a 1-2 years, and the manager will have to take the responsibility for that failure.

I'll just move on to a new company or project after earning my salary for the 1-2 years. 😄

Why would I want to spend those 1-2 years dealing with a toxic and rude boss everyday? Their genius or rudeness / abuse will not be getting me a higher paycheck every month, so why would I possibly want to endure that ? 😄
