Would you like to be 10x engineer or use the personal time to hone other skills and relax?

As title suggest what you would like to become a 10x engineer or use the time to learn other skills or have some me time. As becoming 10x engineer would make you the blue eyed boy in your manager's view but will also attract greater task with higher difficulty.

Is it not obvious. You have 24 hours only in a day. After office work you can use your remaining time for relaxing and your hobbies or keep on learning tech for your work growth purpose.
